「菅井竜也七段－澤田真吾六段」の一戦は
上図９１手までで、先手・菅井七段が勝利。
ともに現在２５歳。
振り飛車党の若手旗頭・菅井七段と生粋の居飛車党・澤田六段は
独創的でしっかり練りこまれた序盤戦術と切れ味鋭い指し回しで
一目置かれる、今後の将棋界を担うべき逸材同士。。
どちらが勝っても初めてのタイトル挑戦となる
大一番は角交換を誘った菅井七段が「向かい飛車」に構えれば
澤田六段が居飛車で手厚く迎え撃ち、予想通りの「対抗形」に。
いざ開戦後、後手玉を上部に引っ張り出した菅井七段が
ケレン味なく仕留め上げ、見事挑戦権獲得となりました。
久保利明王将の研究パートナーを務めるなど
奨励会時代からその才能を高く評価されてきた菅井七段は
プロ入り２年目となる１９歳、四段で早くも棋戦初優勝。。
順位戦も今期より「鬼の棲みか」Ｂ級１組参戦を果たすなど
順調に出世街道を駆け上がり、タイトル挑戦に何ら不思議はなく
むしろ遅かったようにさえ感じます。
居飛車党全盛のこの時代に

今期の「夏の風物詩」第５８期王位戦７番勝負は
